Stuck in a Property! We Have a Solution, Exchange Your Old Property with any Residential or commercial project (READY TO MOVE OR UNDERCONSTRUTION)of M3M under ‘M3M PYP – Port Your Property‘ Scheme.  

Points to note under PYP-Port Your Property Scheme of M3M :

  • Only customers who want to upgrade or exchange their properties with any of the projects of M3M against any of their properties all over India can opt for the scheme.
  • Min investment shall be 3.5 times of the disputed amount. (for example, if the disputed amount is Rs 20 Lakhs min price of the property to be purchased from m3m under the scheme shall be Rs 70 Lakhs.
  • The client has to pay 50% of the property value less the disputed amount of the property with m3m upfront and 50% at the time of possession.(for example, if the cost of the property is Rs 70 lakhs less the disputed amount Rs 20 lakhs, The Client has to make an upfront payment of Rs 25 lakhs, 50% of the remaining Rs 25 lakhs at the time of possession.)
  • The application amount shall be 10% Along with duplicate papers of the property.
  • The payment plan under this scheme shall be 50:50.
  • The assured return will be given on the payment made upfront to M3M ie. 50% of value less disputed amount @10% P.A.
  • Original papers of the disputed property will be deposited at M3M at the time of booking confirmation.

Note :

  • *3.5 times of the value of the property is valid until the scheme is launched officially, afterwards the same shall change to 5 times.
